You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.

Register as Presenter (for only abstract)
You need to submit the abstract to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper as oral presentation /poster if it passes the review.

You’re simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.

The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted MS Word according to the following instructions. In addition, all papers should be no less than 8 pages in length and must be written in strict accordance with the format. Shorter papers should not be included in the journal.

Note：
1. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
2. ICEMG is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICEMG Committee Board. Should your application be denied, ICEMG cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam, nor will ICEMG engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy of Viet Nam on behalf of the applicant.
3. Your paper will be excluded from proceedings at any level of quality checks carried out by Publisher. Conference organizers are not responsible if your paper detects plagiarism or any lack in quality reported by Publisher after submission of final proceedings (camera ready copies). Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the Publisher.
4. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI Compendex, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we cannot make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registration.
